Neurointegrative Clinician, PhD, IMD, CCC-SLP, FMACP

Primary area of expertise
Neurointegrative Health, Nervous System Regulation, Brain-Body Health, Functional Medicine, and Complex Chronic Conditions
Session
Many people living with brain fog, dysautonomia, chronic stress, trauma, pain, fatigue, and other complex symptoms find themselves moving between specialties without anyone seeing the full picture.
This session explores a neurointegrative approach that connects nervous system regulation, brain-body communication, functional health, neuroplasticity, and lived experience. Attendees will gain a practical framework for moving beyond fragmented care toward a more personalized, whole-person understanding of healing.
Dr. Sarah Young is the founder of Brain and Body Reimagined and a neurointegrative clinician with training spanning neuroscience, rehabilitation, functional and integrative medicine, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care.
Her work focuses on adults navigating complex and often invisible health challenges, including brain injury, dysautonomia, chronic stress, brain fog, inflammation, and persistent symptoms that do not fit neatly within a single specialty. Through Brain and Body Reimagined, she helps people understand the connections between the brain, body, nervous system, environment, and lived experience.
She is also an educator, speaker, author, and host of the NeuroAlchemy podcast, where she explores multidimensional approaches to healing and resilience through the intersection of science and human experience.
