About Debbie

Debbie Roppo, The Inner Empire Alchemist™, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. She works with women who have tried the plan, made real progress, and watched it slip, caught in a start-stop cycle because most approaches only ever touch one piece of them, usually just the body.

Debbie's work addresses three pieces together: the body, daily behavior, and what a woman believes underneath it all. Her core belief is simple: symptoms are signals worth listening to, not failures to manage. She is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and certified in Emotional Eating Psychology.

Through private coaching, workshops, and speaking, Debbie helps women uncover who they already are, so their health finally holds the life they are building.
